True Friends

Kalani and Tama

I'm so grateful to be Kalani's mom.  I know that is pretty much the theme of this blog, but it's true.  I love that I am able to spend so much time with him, learning all that he has to teach me.  A few days ago, we had Kalani's best friend Tama come to our house.  We went for a bike ride to the temple where the boys played their little hearts out.  They were jumping off of a curb, when Kalani fell on his bottom.  He was sitting on the ground deciding how hurt he was when Tama plopped down beside him and said "owie!"  They both laughed and continued jumping on their bums yelling owie.  It was so cute and a great reminder that a good friend can turn a bad situation into a great one.

I had to add this too.  They danced to a Santa doll singing Shout for about 30 minutes one day. My camera was almost out of memory but luckily I captured this gem.  Good friends definitely dance together.
